Day 10
Amazing how long we have been gone, but it's very peaceful here. Could
get used to this. Bonnie started talking about a timeshare here, who
knows.Nice view as we ate breakfast on our balcony ( where else), then off in search of dolphins and whales with Dr. Michael Poole.
While out, we jumped in to the beautiful water to see some dolphins and then spotted 3 whales (maybe 4), and additional pods of both spinner and rough-toothed dolphins. Not a bad morning.
A little souvenir shopping on the dock, then lunch and relaxing on our balcony (where else ). BTW I just started my 4th book of the trip.
Headed up to enjoy the Crepes Suzette afternoon snack as we left beautiful Moorea, and just chatted on the stern as we watched Moorea fade into the background.
After relaxing, (steam, shower and nap), we headed to a fancy dinner to enjoy our last night on the PG with Jenn and Luc. After
dinner, watched some more Tahitian dancing, where Luc and Stuart had a chance to pose with the dancers.
We headed back to our room to pack and think about our free day in Papeete. 24hours from now, we'll be on the plane to LAX and leaving this amazing place. Hard to imagine its almost over.
